Kelsey received her OWSI rating in June of 2001.  Before that time Kelsey distinguished herself as one of our most active divemasters. Her many years of divemaster experience has helped her build an incredible knowledge of the Cuyuna Mine Pits. 
 
Along with being an active local diver, Kelsey has been diving in all five of the Great Lakes, Bonaire, Honduras, Truk, Palau, Mermet Springs, Thailand, Bonne Terre Mine and Florida.  

Kelsey other credentials include; being one of MSD's SCUBUS drivers, an Emergency First Response Instructor, and a long time member of Crow Wing County Sheriff's Dive Team.  

Kelsey spend the winter of 2004-2005 in Thailand. We were all relieved to here that she survived the tsunami that hit the island that she was working on. Her extensive experience in public safety diving was invaluable when called upon by the local Thai authorities to organizes victim recovery efforts for her island.  She also spent several additional weeks helping with clean up. She is back in Minnesota for the summer dive season.  Its great to have her back!
