Scuba and Snorkeling Equipment

When its time to buy scuba equipment, the first thing we will ask you is, "What kind of diving do you see yourself doing." Whether warm water, cold water, shallow or deep, or maybe you don't want to be limited to any environment; we will make suggestions on appropriate equipment designed to fit your needs.

We stock scuba and snorkeling equipment with a variety of features and price ranges. We take the time to explain the different features in terms that anyone can understand. With regulators for example, we will be happy to open them up and show you what you are paying for as you move up in price. Then we let you decide if that feature is worth the added cost.
Whether it's warm water...
"Kinda" cold water...
Or about as rigorous as you can get..
The Minnesota School of Diving also carries a large variety of snorkeling equipment in sizes for both adults and children.

MSD directly oversees an average of 1575 individual customer dives per year; 1100 local Fun Dives and Great Lake shipwreck dives, and on our winter trips - 475 warm water dives. Multiply that out by 56 years, that's 88,200 dives - point is we see a lot of dives and therefore we also see what scuba equipment works and what doesn't. In our history, we have seen a lot of the "latest and greatest" come and go. Before bringing in any new equipment, we take the time to research and evaluate it's performance, reliability, and whether it can handle our rugged cold water (at least at depth, anyway)  local environment.
