This is a great site to gear up on windy days as the parking area is sheltered by tall hills on either side.   Sand Chute has an impressive wall and there are some really nice pipes that are left over from the mining days. 

Along the west wall a mine shaft was discovered in 2005 that is believed to lead into Louise.  This site drops off fast and the entry and exit can be a bit tricky so be careful when you enter.
