Public Boat Landing (Huntington)

This site is a mining roadway, extending as a grassy slope into the water.  A wall abuts this sunken roadway.  Following the submerged roadway you will be greeted with scenes of fish, large and small, and a great deal of weedy vegetation.  If you choose to dive to the East, you will be following a sloping cascade of rocky rubble.  Venturing toward the center of the pit you will find that “always” present wall so typical to pit diving.  The wall at this site is very enjoyable especially during the afternoon sun.

Entrance Almost too easy.  Once unloaded, move your vehicle to a parking area where it is not preventing someone else’s access to the site.
